At DP Cold Planing we are commited to acheiving the highest standards throughout the organisation and we consider health and safety to be extremely important factor. The full H & S polich can be obtained by accessing the download section of the site.

Health and Safety Objectives

• Training- All staff receive regular training sessions in order to ensure that they work safely and efficiently knowing all health and safety procedures.
  
  
• Planer Drivers- Are educated to NVQ Level 2 in planer operator, ( APC competency and CSCS- construction skills certificate scheme.)
  
  
• Equipment- All equipment is regularly checked by our workshop team to ensure that it is working safely and efficiently and capable of high performance at all times.
  
  
• Work Sites- We ensure that premises, work sites and employees and customers are not exposed to risks arising from our activities. Random site safety audits are carried out by our H & S manager to ensure the required standards are maintained.
  
  
• Risk Assessments- All work is assessed for risks using the following procedure.
